At Daughters, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and secure the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.
Drop Off Your Return
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location; remember to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
